Shipping & returns
Each item is made to order with care, so please allow 7–9 business days for processing and production before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Our custom bookshop decor is a mini bookstore sized for the shelf: a lavender-and-white shopfront about 6.7 inches wide, with the name of your choice in gold across the sign.
